Accessibility
Using this site your own way
Every page here should work with a keyboard, a screen reader or a small phone. Where one falls short, we want to hear about it.
The standard this site aims for
Our target is WCAG 2.1 at Level AA, the web accessibility guidelines published by the W3C. In practice that means text you can enlarge, colors with enough contrast to read easily, a label on every box in the estimate form, and pages you can move through with the Tab key alone. That is the goal we hold the site to. We do not claim every page reaches it perfectly.
How we check it
Before any change to the site goes live, an automated scanner called axe reads every page twice, once at a phone width and once at a desktop width. Its most recent run found no serious or critical problems. A scanner catches a lot but not everything, so a hands on review with a keyboard and a screen reader is planned as the next step. That review has not happened yet, and this page will say so once it has.
Tell us what got in the way
Use the contact form with "Trouble using this site" already selected. Tell us which page you were on and what stopped you. If you like, add the device, the browser or the assistive technology you were using, such as a screen reader, a magnifier or voice control. That detail helps us see the same problem you saw, but it is optional.
If the form is the problem
Then skip it. Phone (661) 430-7052, the same number shown on every page of this site, and describe what went wrong out loud.
What happens after you report it
We reply within 2 business days to confirm your report arrived and to say what we plan to do about it. We aim to have the fix live within 45 days. If a repair needs longer than that, we tell you why and give you the date we now expect it done. Until then, we can get you the information you were after another way, over the phone or in our reply.
What this covers
Kitchen Remodel Valencia is a referral service, and this statement covers this website. The quote, the contract and any forms or apps the contractor uses are the contractor's own, and theirs to answer for.
