How this works
Who runs this site and who does the work
Kitchen Remodel Valencia is a referral site. It puts Valencia homeowners in touch with one licensed kitchen contractor, and that contractor handles the job from the first visit to the finished kitchen.
This site
Passes your details on
- Sends your form to one licensed contractor who works in Valencia and across the Santa Clarita Valley
- Publishes guides with their sources linked
- Does not measure rooms, set prices, pull permits, order materials or send anyone to your house
The contractor
Does the whole job
- Looks at the kitchen and writes up the scope and the price
- Pulls the permits the job needs
- Does the work. Any agreement you make is between you and the contractor
From the form to a written price
Three steps, and you decide at the end
- 1
You send the form
Your name, phone number, email address, the address of the kitchen and a message. They come to us by email and we pass them to the contractor, and to nobody else.
- 2
The first visit
It takes about an hour at your house. The contractor measures the room, looks at the cabinets, the counters and where the plumbing runs, and asks what you want changed.
- 3
A written line item quote
The cabinets, the counters and the labor are priced separately, and you keep it whether or not you hire the contractor. There is no obligation to go ahead.
What happens to your details
They are not put on a list, shared with other contractors or sold. Using this site costs you nothing.
The privacy page covers the rest, including how to ask for your details to be deleted.
About the pictures and the guides
Every picture on this site is a computer made rendering, labeled "Rendering". They show layouts and stages of a job. None of them is a photograph of real work, and none shows a particular house.
The guides on permits, cost, countertops and HOA approval link to the codes, statutes and reports behind their facts. Prices in them are published figures, not a quote for your kitchen. Your price comes from the contractor, in writing.
Questions about the site
Questions about this site reach us through the contact form. The contractor can answer questions about the site as well as about your kitchen.
